A complete osteosynthesis system is an investment that falls due before the first patient is on the table. Whether it pays off depends on a caseload that nobody can reliably predict in advance. Every practice knows the result: cases are referred even though the expertise is in-house – or an expensive set spends most of its time in the cupboard, tying up capital that is needed elsewhere.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, one rental cycle.
Step 01
Rent
Choose the set your case requires and rent it at a fixed monthly rate – for as long as you need it.
Step 02
Use
Operate as usual and take exactly the implants the procedure requires. Everything else stays untouched.
Step 03
Settle
Once the set has been returned, we invoice the implants used and the reprocessing fee – both are set out in the agreement beforehand.

THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
What the agreement says – upfront, not in the small print.
Term
The agreement starts on delivery and runs for an indefinite period. It can be terminated for the first time after three months, with three months’ notice.
Payment
The rental is collected quarterly in advance by SEPA direct debit. All amounts are net, excl. VAT.
Return and reprocessing
For inspection and reprocessing, we charge a flat fee equal to three months’ rental. Items used are charged at the current list price.
