Dressing forceps are characterised by the serrated jaws. They have no teeth and therefore enable gentle grasping of vulnerable tissue.
The CUSHING forceps are very fine and narrow and have a smooth handle. To prevent the fine branches from twisting and the fine jaws from not closing parallel, they have a guide pin.
