The Profident dental treatment units are the culmination of many years of experience in the field of dentistry and offer a wide range of applications. Whether in general practice or for dental specialists, Profident dental units feature a clean, modern design combined with high mobility and a small footprint.
The stand is height-adjustable (71–100 cm) and the handpieces are ergonomically arranged. All Profident dental units feature automatic activation of the handpieces and contra-angles. The three-way syringe (water / air / spray) has a rotating, easily removable, and autoclavable tip, allowing for thorough lavage of the oral cavity. In addition, the Profident dental units feature a pressure outlet.
The low-speed handpiece is equipped with a swivel coupling, enabling quick changes of the rotating attachments.
The high-speed handpiece (turbine) with up to 300,000 rpm features a push-button mechanism for quick bur changes and adjustable water cooling.
The foot switch can be used to switch the handpieces and the (partially optional) water cooling on and off.
The Profident PLUS dental unit features an integrated, high-performance piezo scaler. The LED lighting integrated into the handle is also unique, ensuring you always have optimal lighting conditions. All functions of the scaler can be easily adjusted directly on the dental unit.
Furthermore, the Profident PLUS dental unit features an LED-illuminated high-speed handpiece (turbine). This ensures excellent illumination, leading to better treatment outcomes.
The optionally available compressor (whisper-quiet) can be integrated into the stand of the Profident dental units upon request.
