Packages can be sealed consecutively without pause following a short pre-heating time of two minutes. The device's features test the sealing time and the sealing temperature, while an optical and acoustic alarm occurs if there is a deviation.
The infinitely variable thermostat enables the use of packages from different manufacturers.
Its 10mm seal width exceeds the minimum width requirement of 6mm as specified by EN 868-5, thus guaranteeing additional safety.
During the sealing procedure, bags can be cut from a roll (e.g. MELAfol) to the required length with the integrated cutting device, and be processed more economically than with ready foil bags.
